Our Quality Assurance Program is integral to every phase of our products and services. Our goal is to provide services and products with consistent emphasis on quality in all our operations by thorough advanced planning, qualified staff and resources, and incorporating rigorous program and project management techniques. These include, but not limited to, policies that standardize work practices and processes for consistency; defining measurable metrics; ongoing reviews of task services and products to identify performance, schedule, and cost concerns; and take corrective actions. Our processes are ongoing and strive for continuous process improvement. To ensure all members of the team are meeting JSL’s quality standards for services, we require open communications with the customer and conduct internal peer quality management reviews.
