JSL to provide LIAISON WITH NAVY COMMANDS such as Commander Seventh Fleet (C7F), Commander Naval Forces Japan (CNFJ) and Commander Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO). JSL Technical Representative will provide technical assessment to C7F/CNFJ/CFAO as necessary for proposed RSC-2 operations identifying any augmentation required and develop the necessary temporary installation plans, Boat Alts and work specifications needed. This award, is the first step in demonstrating the dynamics of JSL and our commitment to excellence Outside the Continental United States.

PHD NSWC carries out the engineering, technical, logistics, and leadership functions to conduct the ISEA Missions.
PHD NSWC Land Attack Department is the designated In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the Tomahawk Fire Control System and All-Up-Round, Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control system, Naval Fires Control System, Supporting Arms Coordination Center-Automation, Gun Fire Control System including MK 34 and MK 84, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Seaframe Combat System to include Total Ship Computing Environment, LCS Mission Module, DDG-1000 Combat System, Advanced Radars (Dual Band Radar and Air and Missile Defense Radar), US Coast Guard National Security Cutter and Patrol Craft Combat Systems, MK 51 MOD 0 Gun Weapon System Munitions, and Intrepid Tiger.
The contract is for one year with work scheduled to begin on August 3, 2013.
